Privacy policy and cookies

1. Controller
The controller of personal data is SIA “Mājokļa Klimats”, reg. No. 40000000000 (“Mājokļa Klimats”, “we”). For data protection questions contact info@majoklaklimats.lv, phone +371 25 398 999.
2. What data we process
- Request form: name, phone number, email (if given), town or municipality, chosen service and your message.
- Contact by phone, WhatsApp or email: the information you give us, including photos you send.
- Website visit statistics: only with your consent (see section 6).
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to reply to your request, prepare a quote, arrange a visit and provide the service (GDPR Article 6(1)(b): steps before entering into a contract and performance of a contract). We keep accounting records as required by law (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)). We use analytics cookies only with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
4. How long we keep data
Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for no longer than 12 months. Data related to a service provided is kept for the warranty period and as long as the law requires.
5. Recipients
We do not sell data or pass it to third parties for marketing. Our service providers may have access to the data: the website hosting and email provider, and Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics, only with your consent).
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device.

7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, request its deletion or restriction of processing, object to processing, receive your data in a portable format and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@majoklaklimats.lv. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (www.dvi.gov.lv).
