Window hardware is a mechanism that needs lubrication, and seals need care. Windows that are serviced once a year last longer, keep the heat in better and break less often. The best time for maintenance is autumn, before the heating season.

Prices are approximate and per unit (window, handle, metre, etc.), including labour. Material costs depend on the window manufacturer and model. Travel outside Riga by agreement.

How much does window adjustment cost?
Window adjustment and maintenance costs from 15 € per window. We give the exact price after inspection. It depends on the window size, hardware and condition.
Is it better to repair or replace windows?
In most cases repair costs many times less than new windows. If the frame is sound, adjustment, new seals or new hardware are enough. We'll tell you honestly if a repair is no longer worth it.
Why do my windows fog up on the inside?
Usually the humidity indoors is too high and ventilation is poor, especially after airtight PVC windows have been installed. Properly adjusted windows, new seals and heat recovery ventilation help.
How often do windows need maintenance?
Once a year is recommended, ideally in autumn before the heating season: cleaning and lubricating the hardware and checking the seals.
What warranty do you give?
Up to 5 years on the work done, and 2 years on installed seals and hardware. We put the warranty terms in writing.
